M. Yushkovsky's essay on Avrom Karpinovich and pre-war Vilna
Dr. Mordechai Yushkovsky, a member of the Authority’s Board of Directors, wrote a narrative essay about his personal relationship with the Yiddish writer Avrom Karpinovich and about Jewish Vilna before the Holocaust.
The text is published in Yiddish in two parts in the online journal “Yidish Branzhe.”

The essay is also published in Hebrew translation in the prestigious digital journal “Yekum Tarbut”: https://www.yekum.org/2026/04/%d7%9c%d7%96%d7%9b%d7%95%d7%a8-%d7%95%d7%9c%d7%94%d7%96%d7%9b%d7%99%d7%a8-%d7%90%d7%aa-%d7%95%d7%99%d7%9c%d7%a0%d7%94-%d7%a9%d7%9c-%d7%a4%d7%a2%d7%9d-%d7%94%d7%a1%d7%95%d7%a4%d7%a8-%d7%90%d7%91%d7%a8/
At the end of the essay, there is a recording of the lecture given at Beit Vilna (Vilna House) in Tel Aviv.
