Comics exhibition to open in Jerusalem on August 5, 2025

On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, an exhibition titled "How do you say 'comics' in Yiddish?" will start at the Shelter ("HaMiklat") Gallery, located at 7 Yehuda HaMaccabi Street, Jerusalem, at 8:30 PM.

By the way, the correct answer is: "Vi azoy zogt men 'komiks' af yidish?" :)

 The opening ceremony will be featured by a lecture by the Haredi comics creator Eli Gut.

The event is supported by the National Authority for Yiddish Culture. For details, call 058-5001019.
