A calendar with Yiddish consolation poems and songs appeared

A new illustrated calendar with Yiddish consolation poems and songs has been published by Benny Mer (writer, journalist, translator) and Michal Arieli (editor, artist).

In this calendar for the 5785 Jewish year (2024/25) you will find an illustrated consolation song for each month, including a lyrical prayer to the star, anticipation of autumn, and even addressing a mosquito. The 12 songs appear in the Yiddish original and in a Hebrew translation.
