February 27 in Tel Aviv: Lecture and Concert Featuring Itzik Manger

On Wednesday, February 27, 2019, Dr. Leah Garfinkel will provide a lecture about the Yiddish poet Itzik Manger. The 50th anniversary of his death is marked this year. The singer Ruth Levin will perform some of Manger's songs.

The event, sponsored by the National Authority for Yiddish Culture, will take place at the Israeli branch of the Arbeter Ring (Workmen's Circle), at Kalisher St. 48, Tel Aviv, at 11 a.m. For details call: 03-5176764.
